F1 World Championship standings | Verstappen extends lead over Hamilton

Max Verstappen did himself a good service during the Mexican Grand Prix by crossing the finish line first. With the victory, he now has a 19 point lead over Lewis Hamilton.
The race in Mexico saw little in the way of positional changes. Only Kimi Räikkönen managed to move up a place in the world championship standings, at the expense of Nicholas Latifi. Sergio Perez moved closer to Valtteri Bottas, who remained scoreless in Mexico. The Mexican has twenty points to make up this season.
