Verstappen driving with new updates? 'Unclear if it's especially for Monaco'

Red Bull Racing seems to be the favourite for the Monaco Grand Prix. In recent years the team from Austria has been the fastest and with the small differences this season between Mercedes and Red Bull, everyone expects an exciting duel between Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton.
So every tenth a team can find in development can make the difference. Red Bull have brought Verstappen a new floor, observes Paul di Resta."It looks like Red Bull have brought a new floor. It has a huge amount of sharp edges," the Sky Sports analyst observes. Di Resta has also noticed that teammate Sergio Perez has a different floor.
Mercedes without updates
"It was different to what Perez has on the car and you can also see that they have flo-viz on their rear wing to find out if it all works. The question now is whether this floor is special for Monaco, or a permanent upgrade for Red Bull this season," Di Resta said. Ted Kravitz updates his colleague at Sky.
"Mercedes don't have any upgrades, and Verstappen does. They have a Z-floor, which is the trend this season on the loss of downforce. They've also made some changes to the diffuser. It was only on Verstappen's car at first, but Perez is driving it now too. On the Mercedes I can't see anything new. Mercedes also confirmed that there is nothing new", Kravitz concludes.
