'I am not convinced that Red Bull would do such a thing'

Alexander Albon's days at Red Bull Racing seem to be coming to an end according to Will Buxton. The journalist employed by the organisation of Formula 1 expects someone else to sit next to Max Verstappen in 2021. Lawrence Baretto is a bit cautious and thinks Red Bull haven't made a decision yet.
"He has to deliver this weekend, otherwise it's over," said Barretto at Formula1.com in a preview of Emilia Romagna's two-day Grand Prix weekend. "If he manages to take the podium at Imola, all opinions about him will turn the other way. Then he can still grab that seat".
Advantage Albon?
He expects Albon to have an advantage due to the fact that Red Bull have no one from its own talent programme ready. The Austrian race stable will be less likely to show their own talent to bring in someone from the outside. "I am not convinced that Red Bull would do such a thing. The pressure is being put on Albon, so he has to be careful".
"It has to be someone other than Alex. That's very bad for him, but it just doesn't work," said the British presenter.
