Leclerc went through great development: 'He couldn't handle his anger'

Charles Leclerc is in contention for the world title this season along with Max Verstappen, among others. The Monegasque has made a clever development in recent years, as Riccardo Ceccarelli nots. His current performance with Ferrari is therefore no surprise.
The head of Formula Medicine, which among other things provides medical assistance to professional and amateur athletes, experienced the world championship leader at a young age. Although Ceccarelli saw at the time that Leclerc had a lot of talent, he knew at the same time that he needed to improve in a number of areas in order to get to the top.
"Charles couldn't handle his anger. That was his weak point," Ceccarelli says in an interview with Il Foglio. "We worked a lot on that and I think you can see the results. The perfect driver is a seemingly calm person with a killer instinct."
Previous fights between Verstappen and Leclerc
Verstappen and Leclerc met at a young age and experienced several fights between them. Ceccarelli knows that both men were far from being able to deal with their losses and could therefore be angry with each other. This season, for the time being, Formula 1 fans are seeing sporting duels.
