Vettel still doesn't feel comfortable in 2019 Ferrari car

Sebastian Vettel has admitted he still doesn't feel 100% comfortable in the 2019 Ferrari car, with his title hopes taking yet another blow at the Monaco Grand Prix.
It was Vettel's highest finish of the season in Monte Carlo - with the German finishing in second-place - but he is still yet to win a race since August 2018's Belgian Grand Prix.
Vettel is 55 points behind Lewis Hamilton, who currently leads the drivers' standings this season. No driver has ever recovered from such a gap to become world champion in the same season and Vettel admitted he is still getting used to the 2019 SF90 car.
"I've had some difficult moments this year where I'm fighting with the car," Vettel admitted. "I'm not really entering yet to the level where I feel a lot more comfortable and I feel comfortable to squeeze more performance from the car but I think it's linked to the fact that we struggle to put our car in the right window.
"Once it is there, it is feeling better and you're able to build up on that but it doesn't happy very often but it's a combination of things. I think first we are lacking overall performance and that overall performance would help us probably to put the tyres more often in the window they would like to be in."
