Verstappen on the track for the first time in the RB21: These are the images!

Max Verstappen's RB21 has driven its first kilometres. Red Bull Racing's new car for the 2025 season has undergone a shakedown in Bahrain. Nelson Piquet Jr, Verstappen's brother-in-law, has shared the first images on social media.

The first images of Red Bull's new car

Red Bull Racing is currently in Bahrain, where the first of three test days is to take place on Wednesday. Only at the very last moment will there be a shakedown of the new car, in which Liam Lawson will see out the morning session of the first day of winter testing. Verstappen man the RB21's cockpit during the afternoon session.

Earlier on Tuesday, Red Bull Racing posted the first photos of the new car for the world to see. Few details of the Austrians' new car were actually visible, hidden amidst the lights, filters and other photography tricks to keep their rivals in the dark for as long as possible. Few details can be seen on Piquet junior's video either. No doubt during the test days there will be clearer and more images of the car, with which Verstappen will try to win his fifth world title on the trot.
