What is the weather forecast for the 2024 Qatar Grand Prix?

Another night race awaits in Qatar, with a Sprint also included. The teams on the grid face a different challenge —for some, it will be for the better, for some, for the worse. In terms of the entire weekend, it will be roughly 5-10 Celsius degrees warmer at the Losail International Circuit than it was in Las Vegas, Nevada.

According to Weather.com, it will be around 22c on Friday for the start of FP1. It will cool down to around 19c for the start of sprint qualifying. There is only a 1% chance of rain, so it is expected to be dry. Saturday is forecast to be a dry day, with the action set to start at 17:00 local time. Conditions are expected to be similar, with a low chance of rain. Despite rating at 17:00, the temperature is still in the low 20s. On Sunday will not get much cooler with only a few degrees drop. Across the entire weekend, drivers will be paying attention to the wind. It is forecast to reach around 15-20mph.

Humidity will be higher in Qatar overnight; however, no rain is expected this weekend. Throughout the three days in Qatar, the maximum chance of rain is 3%.
