Formula 1 and the FIA announced on Tuesday that changes will be made to the regulations in order to improve handling of the coronavirus. Marc Priestley gives his opinion in the latest video.

How can the FIA control this?

Among the new rules, perhaps the most notable was that of the DAS system. Mercedes came up with an innovative idea during the winter tests to be able to adapt the "toe" of the car, but this will be banned from 2021, despite sticking to the current regulations.

Priestley goes on to talk about the postponed rules of 2021 and the ban on development. The teams will no longer be allowed to work on the new design for 2022, in order to reduce costs. The former mechanic of McLaren discusses what effect this will have and how the FIA can control this in his latest video.
