After Max Verstappen's home races at Zandvoort and Spa-Francorchamps, and Red Bull Racing's in Austria, it's now Sergio Perez's turn. The Formula One circus has descended on Mexico City for the Mexican Grand Prix, where Perez goes in with the best credentials than ever before.

If there is one race that comes close to the Zandvoort atmosphere, it is the Mexican Grand Prix. Every year there is a party in Mexico City, where there is always a full house. Especially the stadium part of the circuit is iconic, where every time Perez passes there are loud cheers.

Perez enjoys his home race in Mexico

"My country has always supported me tremendously throughout my career, not just since I joined Red Bull Racing," Perez begins on the Talking Bull podcast. "It's great to finally have a team and a car that allows me to dream of a home win."

Even though he will most likely have to give way to Verstappen if he finds himself ahead of his teammate, it's the Mexican's biggest chance so far at a win in front of his home crowd.
