Red Bull has launched a new podcast series featuring interviews with leaders and innovators in the sport. Christian Horner is also featured in this Red Bull Basement Sessionsand talks about the unique atmosphere at Red Bull.

Since Red Bull's entry into Formula 1, it's clear to everyone that this team has a slightly different approach to everything than the familiar names in the sport. At the head of this is Horner. He was the youngest team principal to be appointed by Red Bull but has already achieved great results with his team, including four world drivers' and constructors' titles.

Culture of Red Bull

''We have a culture that stimulates creativity. We're very different from other teams. It's a far less 'corporate' environment. You see a lot more people in jeans and shirts here. That is so crucial," Horner says in the podcast.

"Red Bull as a brand is so different to the other manufacturers. We play our music really loud in the garage, and it seems like people really enjoy themselves. That team spirit is so important. Red Bull is also very inclusive and relaxed. We're not less serious, but it's a different vibe."

"You have to be realistic and focused, but if you believe in your idea then you can achieve anything. I'll sign up for that. I wanted to be team owner and world champion. If you believe in it and you want something really badly, then you can achieve anything," concludes the Red Bull Racing team boss.
