Interesting press conference: Championship rivals next to each other
- GPblog.com
Prior to the race weekend in France, a press conference is scheduled as usual. This is the ideal opportunity for the media to ask the drivers some pressing questions. This week's press conference has a very interesting line-up.
None other than Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen will be sitting next to each other on Thursday to talk about their battle this season. Both drivers are still going strong in the championship and the fans will enjoy a great fight on the grandstands. While Verstappen is currently on top of the rankings, the Englishman is only slightly behind his competitor. It, therefore, promises to be an exciting Grand Prix in France for both men.
Red Bull driver Sergio Pérez is just after his teammate and sits next to four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel, who has a history with the Austrian racing team. Valtteri Bottas takes his seat next to Kimi Räikkönen at the start of the press conference, while Yuki Tsunoda gets to answer questions with Daniel Ricciardo. Finally, teammates Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon may close the press conference.
