The fourth Grand Prix of the year was again all about the battle between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen, something the fans have been waiting for for years. You want to be able to follow that battle at home and that was not the case for everyone in Spain.

Dramatic registration

So far this season Hamilton seems to have the upper hand with three wins against one for Verstappen, but the season is still long and the two seem very much matched. For the fans, it's important that everything is well recorded, but according to Christijan Albers, this was certainly not the case in Spain.

"I've never seen such a bad recording of Formula 1 in my entire life," Albers interjects in the new Formula 1 podcast from The Telegraph. "I don't know who operated the cameras there, but it was dramatic. I must say I was really irritated about the race in terms of direction. I thought it was mega poorly filmed, really frustrating."

Battle between Hamilton and Verstappen

What particularly bothered Albers was the registration of the fight between Hamilton and Verstappen. "You have a fight where the world championship is at stake and while that fight is going on, they suddenly start filming the backfield where there wasn't even any overtaking. I swear to you, I was going crazy on my couch."
