After an exciting qualifying session for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix all eyes are on the start of the second Grand Prix in Imola, in one year. Last year Max Verstappen caused quite a stir, by firing at Valtteri Bottas and later overtaking him as well. However, a burst tyre put an end to that party.

But that tyre failure created a free third spot, which several drivers had the speed for. This made for an exciting number of laps in the final phase, in which Daniil Kvyat seemed to come close to a podium. Daniel Ricciardo eventually took his second podium for Renault, having already done so at the Nürburgring.

Race will start at 14:00

This season, Ricciardo's chances are there again, although Sergio Perez, Lewis Hamilton and Verstappen are likely to share out the podium spots. They will do so from 14:00 UK time. In 2020 the races started ten minutes after the hour, but from 2021 onwards they will start when the clock strikes.
