Timetable of the Emila Romagna Grand Prix: This is when the action starts in Imola

The second race of the 2021 Formula 1 season is already being held on European soil, and that means we get to watch the Grand Prix in the afternoon. Read more about the complete schedule for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix here.
In 2021, Formula 1 wanted to return to a 'normal' F1 season, but that didn't quite work out. There are 23 races on the calendar, but China and Vietnam have disappeared, and Australia has been moved to the end of the season. So after the unusual season opening in Bahrain, we're off to Europe.
F1 back in Europe
Instead of China and Vietnam, two races have been added to the calendar which we remember from the special season of 2020. At that time the organisation had to look for circuits that could organise a race at the time of the coronavirus, but one year later this pandemic has not completely disappeared. So Imola and Portimao will be used again.
For this race weekend we head to Imola, where the battle between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen is eagerly awaited. Has Mercedes closed the gap on Red Bull Racing yet, or can Red Bull let the faster RB16B win in Imola? With sessions between 11:30 and 15:00, there's no need to set an alarm clock to see all the action at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari this weekend.
