Tsunoda drives first Formula 1 metres for AlphaTauri

Formula 2 driver Yuki Tsunoda is currently doing his first test in a Formula 1 car for the AlphaTauri team, where he is one of the contenders for a seat in 2021.
Tsunoda almost certainly to AlphaTauri
Officially it is not yet known who will drive next year next to Pierre Gasly in the second AlphaTauri car, although Helmut Marko more or less seemed to tell us recently. With his statement that Gasly will have a young driver next year and his cautiously affirmative answer to the question whether that means Tsunoda will have a chance next year, he seems to confirm that.
So today Tsunoda is driving his first metres in a Formula 1 car. He still has to get his super license, but it looks like he will this year. This could just mean that not only Daniil Kvyat, but also Alexander Albon will be without a Formula 1 seat next year.
In today's test, Tsunoda will be driving the 2018 Toro Rosso. In December, he will be allowed to drive AlphaTauri's current car during the rookie test that will take place at that time.
