F1 needs five tweets for Hamilton's constantly growing record list
- GPblog.com
Lewis Hamilton achieved his 92nd GP-victory at the Portimao circuit last weekend, a new record. That is of course far from the first record he holds, so Formula 1 decided to make a list on twitter. They needed no less than five separate messages for that.
2020 a special year for Hamilton
This is the season in which Hamilton matches the career of Michael Schumacher in many ways. Hamilton is in his 14th full season in F1 and that was also the season in which Schumacher won his last world title.
He has also been able to solidify some records thanks to the strange 2020 season. For example, the number of different Grands Prix he has won. Due to unusual GP's such as those of Tuscany and the Eifel, that number has already risen to 27.
