Horner prepares for everything: 'You're going to need it there'

We have a week to go before the next Grand Prix will be held, but there is already a lot of attention for that. At the Nürburgring we are expecting particularly cold conditions for Formula 1, so Christian Horner is taking his winter coat with him.
Formula 1 races are generally finished in warm conditions. That is why the European part of the calendar is always held in the summer and races in South America, Asia and the Middle East are planned at other times of the year. This year, however, this is somewhat different due to the coronavirus.
Horner takes winter jacket
Before we end up in Bahrain and Abu Dhabi, Formula 1 has to go to the Nürburgring, Imola and Portimao, among other places, where it is really not so hot at this time of year. It is still a long way off, but the average temperature expected for the weekend at the Nürburgring is thirteen degrees.
''It will be a challenge. I've been there in May that it just snowed and I've also seen that races have been cancelled there. Anything can happen there. It can also just be a beautiful weekend where the sun shines all the time, but we are going to be prepared for everything. So we will definitely bring our winter coat, because we'll need it'', Horner says in the online press moment of Red Bull Racing.
