Perez warns competition: "The best is yet to come"

Perhaps the most talked about team this year is Racing Point. The team that is now based in England seems to be the most important challenger of Mercedes and Red Bull Racing. The expectations for Silverstone are therefore also hopeful.
Especially during qualifying in Hungary the men from Racing Point showed what the 'pink Mercedes' is capable of. Lance Stroll and Sergio Perez were allowed to start from the second row of the grid behind the unapproachable Mercedes, but in front of Red Bull and Ferrari. In the race they lost some speed but the potential is visible.
Sergio Perez
With a fourth place in the constructors' championship, just one point behind McLaren, the team has started excellently. Fighting at the front is something Perez can get used to: "It's great to be in the front. Last year we had a hard time and this shows how hard the team worked in the winter".
Perez continues through his team's official channels: "Our start was fine but I think more is possible. We've had bad luck and the best is yet to come", the Mexican warns the competition.
Lance Stroll
Stroll had an excellent weekend in Hungary, finishing third in qualifying and fourth in the race. The Canadian expects points this weekend but will miss the fans:
"The British fans are very excited and I'm going to miss them. Silverstone feels like the heart of Formula 1 every time you race for those fans". As for the race: "It is hopeful that we have started the first three races at the front that gives me the confidence that we will be able to score quite a few points again".
