Esteban Ocon starts his fourth weekend as a Formula 1 driver after having had to watch for a year. The start of the Frenchman is still questionable and he would like to put an end to that at Silverstone.

The Renault driver told Motorsport earlier this week that the disastrous race in Hungary was partly due to the team's wrong tyre strategy. During the race the driver did not come close to team mate Daniel Ricciardo, who did finish in the top ten.

The corners at Silverstone

At Silverstone, Ocon wants to go for the points again. It is a circuit the Frenchman is looking forward to: "Silverstone is a lot of fun to drive. In a Formula 1 car the consecutive curves there are great. It's all about driving perfectly every corner so you keep the momentum. I'm sure it's great racing and I want to fight for the top ten spots again", the driver said in a preview of his team.

In the opening race, Ocon managed to finish in eighth place. In the second race on the Red Bull Ring the Frenchman didn't make it to the end and in Hungary he didn't make it to the top ten. That's where change has to come in this weekend.
