A unique look at a Formula 1 race? That will be possible in the future at the British Grands Prix. Sixty homes with a view of Silverstone will be offered from 2022 onwards to fans who want to watch the Grand Prix from their rooms. Prices will range from 650.000 to 1.65 million pounds.

They are offered by Escapade Living, which describes itself as a lifestyle-led property developer. The building permit was granted last year and construction work will start in October. Escapade Living describes the rooms on its own website as follows: "It gives guests the chance to live up to their racing ambitions and offers an unrivalled view of the race. It will increase access to motor racing".

All race weekends

Buyers of the apartments have access to all racing weekends at Silverstone and are allowed to use Escapade Living's clubhouse. If the rooms are not in use by the owners, the apartments will be offered to other interested parties. It has already been announced that a hotel will be built opposite the pit lane and the paddock of the famous circuit.
