Former Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has once again criticized the organization of Ferrari. According to him, Mattia Binotto is too lonely and Ferrari is the only team organised in this way.

Not a good word left for management

"No other team is organized like this", says di Montezemolo to Rai Radio. The Italian calls current Ferrari team boss Binotto a 'young newcomer' in the field of technical management. But now he also has to take care of sports management.

According to the Italian too many mistakes have been made on the side of the Scuderia. He would never have let Sebastian Vettel leave so early. The drivers are regularly criticised, but according to di Montezemolo that is unjustified.

Major concerns at di Montezemolo

Di Montezemolo says that the poor performance of the drivers is also due to poor management. Di Montezemolo is very worried. There is no quick solution in sight for Ferrari. The cars will remain almost identical in 2021. "I think it's necessary to grasp the situation by the horns and make brave decisions - and do it quickly."
