Also Ferrari is going to sign Concorde Agreement: "Is going to happen soon"

After McLaren, Ferrari also indicates to be ready to sign the Concorde Agreement. With this, the team connects the future to Formula 1.

That's what Motorsport.com says. Earlier, McLaren said he was going to sign the Concorde Agreement. "As far as Ferrari is concerned, we are ready to sign," said Mattia Binotto, team boss of Ferrari. "I myself think it will happen soon."
 
"It's important for the future and for clarity. Then at least we all know where we stand. I think somehow it's also important for the small teams, because it's part of the whole package. For us it is nice that Formula 1 has understood the role of Ferrari in motor racing". The larger teams of Formula 1 seem to be the biggest victims of the plan. Through the fairer distribution, the highest racing class hopes to create more equality

Prize money

According to Binotto, there are still teams that are not satisfied with the agreement, which lays down the rules and distribution of television revenues and prize money. Otmar Szafnauer of Racing Point indicates that something still has to change. "There are still a few things to discuss. I think we'll be sitting down for that soon." The agreement shall apply for the period 2021 to 2026.
