There are only two races dine in 2020 and Max Verstappen - who still has the chance to become the youngest champion ever this year - is way behind in the championship. His biggest rival, Lewis Hamilton, is in better shape. Verstappen says he can't get enough of the battle between them.

Rivalry has increased in recent years. Although Hamilton drives an all-powerful Mercedes and there have never been many battles, the F1 fan knows that the two are bold. Verstappen said in February that he can beat Hamilton with the right car. Hamilton parried this attack and called the remark a sign of weakness.

The Guardian reports that Verstappen cannot wait for a title fight: "I would love it. It does not give pressure, winning is the best feeling there is. I would very much like to enter the competition and fight hard for a title. The more fights on the track, the better."

"There's bound to be moments that are going to be very difficult, but I love those moments and so does Lewis."

Psychological games between Verstappen and Hamilton

In 2016 Nico Rosberg managed to make a dent in the iron form of the six-time world champion. It is said that it is mainly the psychological games next to the track with which one can beat Hamilton. At least, that's how Rosberg did it. Verstappen thinks otherwise:

"I don't need to take Lewis out of his comfort zone. You have to believe in yourself as a driver. That's not arrogant, because if you don't believe in yourself, you'll never succeed. You have to be sure you can win."
