Bernie Ecclestone is afraid that Ferrari will play games with Sebastian Vettel. Vettel will leave after this season at the Italian race stable, which clearly prefers his younger teammate Charles Leclerc.

Many followers look forward to the battle at Ferrari between Vettel and Leclerc. The rivals already met regularly last year, let alone if it is already clear that Vettel will leave at the end of this season. After all, the German has nothing more to lose. They are eagerly looking forward to it.

The former boss of Formula 1 Bernie Ecclestone hopes that Ferrari will play it fair and give neither preferential treatment. "The Italians can forget a stable battle", Ecclestone opens in front of the Swiss newspaper Blick.

"I hope they play it fair with Sebastian. The German is mentally strong and alert. Moreover, he is a professional so I wonder if he will be seduced at all for games in the team." Still, the Englishman thinks that there is a responsibility for Ferrari's management.

On Tuesday the Ferrari drivers will drive a number of laps on the circuit of Mugello with a car from 2018. Last week Leclerc drove the new car around Maranello.
