Webber: "Mugello will be physically demanding for the drivers"

It looks more and more like we're going to visit a new circuit next season. Portimao and Mugello are mentioned as contenders for a Grand Prix. Mark Webber likes it when the F1 goes to Mugello. The former driver of Red Bull Racing has tested there before and was pleased with the layout of the circuit.
"That would be great. I was driving there and it's just really, really fast. I drove ten laps there, which is about 1,000 laps in Abu Dhabi", Webber says about the physical challenge of the track. "No head will stay upright. If you drive in Mugello, your neck will be shaken in the car," Webber said at the F1 Nation podcast.
Will say that it is difficult
In September, the possible month for a Grand Prix in Mugello, it is still warm in the region. This will be an extra challenge for the drivers, who will have to focus on the outside air in addition to the physical challenge of the track, as it will be a warm race when F1 heads towards Mugello.
"If you feel good, the warm races will be good for you," Webber expects. However, if you don't feel fully optimized, the races can be tough. "If you're a little behind the rest, the drivers will certainly say it's very difficult," Webber concludes.
