Charles Leclerc clearly doesn't have to get bored during the weekends without Grands Prix. He can be seen a lot on his Twitch channel and on Monday the Monegask announced that he is ambassador of Giorgio Armani. And now next Sunday he will play his first role as an actor in a short film.

Remake

Despite the fact that the Monaco Grand Prix will not take place this weekend, Leclerc will drive laps through the streets of Monaco. Not with his Ferrari SF1000, but with a sports car. Leclerc has the lead role in the remake of 'C'etait un rendezvous', a short film originally from 1976 by Claude Lelouch, Speedweek.com manages to report.

The film director wants to reinterpret his old film. In the original the audience was amazed by a car that drove through the morning rush hour of Paris on a Sunday in August at breakneck speed. The film is about nine minutes long.

Differences

The remake will be different, because there will be no driving in Paris. Also it is not yet known in which car Leclerc will drive, but rumours say it will be the first hybrid Ferrari.
