Of course a victory on the circuit of Zandvoort would have been even better, but the Sunday evening of Red Bull Racing went perfectly. During the virtual Dutch Grand Prix the team won both races.

The official virtual Grand Prix of the Netherlands was unfortunately not held at the circuit of Zandvoort, as that circuit is not yet available in the Codemasters F1 game. So in F1 2019 another circuit had to be chosen and that became Interlagos. Also good hunting ground of Red Bull and that also turned out to be on Sunday.

Leclerc versus Albon

Among the official drivers it was Alexander Albon who took victory (or redemption) after a long and exciting fight with Charles Leclerc. The two young drivers fought for the lead throughout the race and took the lead after Stoffel Vandoorne wasted his pole due to a spin at the start. Leclerc passed them several times, but had to settle for second place in the end.

However, it wasn't the only victory, because in the equal series F1 Esports Pro Exhibition Race for the real simracers, it was also Red Bull driver Marcel Kiefer who took the win at Interlagos. From pole, the German easily kept the competition behind him in changing circumstances and drove to two victories for Red Bull.
