Fierce Brown angry at Binotto: "Does he want to talk about ethics?"

Zak Brown doesn't understand anything about Ferrari.The McLaren team boss wants new agreements on the budget ceiling, but Mattia Binotto doesn't want to make hasty decisions..

In times of crisis, choices must be made more quickly, Brown believes. That's exactly what they don't want at Ferrari. Matta Binotto recently indicated that they do not yet agree to a new lowering of the budget cap because they do not want to make hasty decisions. The cap is set at 150 million. Brown had an answer to that as well and was right in saying: "If he wants to talk about ethics it would be great if Mattia shares with us the details of the deal he agreed with the FIA".
