Damon Hill thinks that challengers to Lewis Hamilton, such as Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen, should make the 35-year-old Briton feel 'uncomfortable'. Hill, the world champion of 1996, points to Nico Rosberg as an example.

When asked to mention some of the weaker points of six-time world champion Hamilton, he says. "It’s hard to think of any", Hill answers to the official Formula 1 magazine. "As a driver he now has an almost unassailable mix of extraordinary talent, experience and confidence."

Rosberg found a way to beat Hamilton

Nico Rosberg was the only driver who managed to keep Hamilton away from a world championship in recent years. How did the German driver manage that? “The only way to beat him is to do what Nico did and make him feel uncomfortable," notes Hill.

In any case Hamilton remains Hamilton and the Mercedes driver is not going to pretend that he is. “Lewis doesn’t do cunning, wiliness – that doesn’t seem to be his bag. If he is up against someone prepared to unsettle him he might be a little bit vulnerable.”
