Grosjean couldn't sleep: ''Vettel was already on his way to the airport''

Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen were reportedly among the first to arrive at the airport in Australia. Even before Formula 1 had announced that the race would not take place, they were already on the plane.
"Vettel was already on his way''
This is now also confirmed by Romain Grosjean, who had trouble getting to sleep on Thursday night. Around 3 a.m. in Australia, Grosjean was ''apping'' Vettel and according to the Frenchman he had already made his decision. Where Grosjean could not fall asleep, Sebastian was already packing his suitcases.
''Of course there were a lot of rumours on Thursday and that made it difficult for me to fall asleep. At one point I spoke to Sebastian and asked why he was still awake. Then he said he was on his way to the plane. I didn't know anything yet, but he had heard from Ferrari that he was free to go'', the Haas driver said to Kym Illman on his YouTube channel.
Strange sensation
Nowadays, the Formula 1 season hasn't started yet and it doesn't seem to be happening yet. The first eight races of the season have been postponed or even cancelled and Romain is quietly out of his time. He also knows he can't do much about the situation.
''We have to wait and see how the situation will develop and at the moment things are more important than racing. However, it's strange to be at home at this time of year, because usually I never am'', the Frenchman concludes.
