Aston Martin Red Bull Racing have confirmed that Max Verstappen will get the first full day of testing in Barcelona while Alex Albon will have to wait until Thursday before he gets to climb inside the cockpit. The two drivers will share the car on the final day of the first week.

Verstappen has already driven around 100km inside the new RB16 at Silverstone during the Red Bull's filming and promotional day last week.

Shorter

This year's winter testing has been shortened from eight to six days meaning drivers and teams have less time to record data and become familiar with their set-ups. This will make every minute more valuable than ever before. This shortening came in as a result of the extra Grand Prix on the schedule for 2020, but that is now in doubt after the Chinese Grand Prix was postponed.

With the shortening of the days, there is also another point of discussion for the teams. Who gets the most time out on the track? Will they split it, or will the number one driver get more time?
