Haas consider Robert Kubica for 2020 role at the team

Haas are considering signing Robert Kubica to the team for a Formula 1 role within the team for the 2020 season following his departure from Williams.
Kubica announced prior to the Singapore Grand Prix that he would not be racing in Formula 1 next season after an unsuccessful return to the sport with Williams this season.
Haas team principal Guenther Steiner confirmed that the American outfit would be interested in the Polish driver for a test role with the team next season, when asked about it, quoted by Crash.net, Steiner said: "Yeah, for sure.
"I never worked with Robert personally but a lot of people in my team did and they all rate him very highly for his skills as a technical driver who knows what the car is doing.
"He came up the hard way, working on his own cars, because he had to when he was young. I think it's interesting for us to work with Robert. It's more his decision than my one.
"Negotiating is one thing, I speak with him and we talked. If he has got interest he should let me know - but we are not negotiating yet."
