Who will be part of the Austrian drivers press conference?
Max Verstappen is one of the headline names for the drivers' press conference ahead of the Austrian Grand Prix. He will also be joined by Ferrari's Charles Leclerc. The drivers' press conference will take place on Thursday afternoon at 2pm Uk time.
Verstappen, who won last year's Austrian Grand Prix, should have plenty to say about the new Honda upgrade as his team prepare for their home race around the Red Bull Ring. The 21-year-old Dutchman has been tipped as the second best driver on the grid by pundits and journalists this week after a fourth-place finish in France.
The P4 ensured that Verstappen still hasn't lost places on his starting grid slot during the 2019 Formula 1 season.
Leclerc will also be on the panel. Ferrari will again bring updates to the race as they continue to hunt down Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas. Leclerc finished the French GP on the podium while his teammate had a weekend to forget.
Leclerc and Verstappen will be joined by Kevin Magnussen, Sergio Perez and Alexander Albon.
The following names are on the program at the press conference for the teams:
- Toyoharu Tanabe (Honda)
- Mario Isola (Pirelli)
- Andreas Seidl (McLaren)
- Andrew Green (Racing Point)
- Paul Monaghan (Red Bull)
This press moment is scheduled for 1 hour between both free practice sessions on Friday.
