Mercedes shares teaser of F1 engine for 2025

Joining in on the exciting build-up to the 2025 F1 season, Mercedes has decided to share a very exciting snippet regarding their new F1 car, W16. The German F1 Team posted a preview on their social media of their new engine. It is with this engine, that both Mercedes drivers, George Russell and Kimi Antonelli, hope to bring home many wins this season.

Due to Mercedes' power unit supplying other cars, we know that McLaren, Aston Martin, and Williams will have similar sounds. After ending the 2024 season on a high, McLaren is seen as a favourite but with a new rookie in the mix, eyes will be on Mercedes for their first season without Lewis Hamilton

Ferrari has also launched the sound of their engine, which will power not only Charles Leclerc and Hamilton but also the four other drivers. The two Haas drivers, Esteban Ocon and Oliver Bearman, and the two Sauber drivers, Nico Hulkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto. Only two engine suppliers have yet to reveal their sounds, Honda and Renault, the suppliers of Red Bull Racing, Racing Bulls and Alpine.
