Magnussen must report to stewards: More penalties possible
Kevin Magnussen must report to the stewards after his actions during the sprint race in Miami. The Dane was already handed out a 35-second time penalty, but is at risk of an even bigger penalty.
Magnussen again defended during the sprint race in Miami as if his life depended on it. The Dane would not give up his position to Lewis Hamilton, even after the Haas driver had already received a 10-second time penalty. That first penalty was followed by three more penalties for Magnussen, who must report to the stewards once more.
At 20:15 [CET], Magnussen was expected to report to the stewards, according to an FIA document. Magnussen must report for 'unsportsmanlike conduct'. A more severe punishment may therefore follow for the US team's driver, possibly affecting his Grand Prix on Sunday.
