Kelly Piquet and daughter Penelope cheer Verstappen after win at Suzuka
Max Verstappen pulled off a very convincing win in the Japanese Grand Prix, despite earlier concerns about Red Bull Racing's race pace and that of Ferrari, which looked very strong based on the longruns. During the podium ceremony, Verstappen was cheered on by his girlfriend Kelly Piquet and his daughter Penelope.

At the Australian Grand Prix, Kelly was also present with her daughter Penelope, but that race ended in disappointment due to Verstappen's early exit. On Sunday in Japan, Penelope was finally able to cheer Max on again, and she did so loudly.
As the Dutch national anthem began to play, Penelope's voice could be heard calling out to Verstappen. She could be seen on the arm of her mother Kelly, as the two stood below the podium to support the race winner.
