F1 updates: Red Bull with new parts in Japan
Ahead of the Japanese Grand Prix, eight of the 10 teams presented new parts. Red Bull Racing also has some updates for Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez. Mercedes and Haas arrive at Suzuka empty-handed.
For the Japanese Grand Prix, Red Bull has brought three updates. It has new inlets for the sidepods and a modification to the surface and edge of the floor. There are also smaller inlets for the brakes with it, these have been specifically taken to Japan and are not an update.
Mercedes has no updates with it to Japan and Ferrari is also taking it easy. The Italians have a specific rear wing for Suzuka and an updated rear suspension. McLaren has only brought a modified cooling system specifically for this circuit and thus no update.
Aston Martin presents the longest list at the FIA Car Presentation, with five updates and a beam wing specific to this circuit. Aston Martin has mainly addressed the floor. There is also an update to the diffuser and top of the sidepod. Alpine, Visa Cash App RB, Williams and Stake also present some updates, Haas arrived in Japan without any new parts.
