Several incidents during qualifying involving Max Verstappen were under investigation by the stewards. Obstructing Tsunoda and the incident in the pit lane were ultimately not penalised. The incident between the Dutchman and Logan Sargeant was also not penalised. Earlier, the Dutchman himself admitted that he was at fault in the incident with Tsunoda.

Verstappen was out after Q2 in qualifying for the Singapore Grand Prix. The Red Bull driver was involved in three incidents during qualifying, yet the Dutchman will not receive a grid penalty. So in all likelihood, he will just start the race in 11th place (where he finished in qualifying).

Verstappen-Tsunoda incident

Perhaps the most notable incident during qualifying was the interference with AlphaTauri driver Yuki Tsunoda. The reigning world champion had actually resigned himself to his own mistake, he told reporters after qualifying.

So will Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing come away completely unscathed? No, definitely not. The Austrian racing stable has to pay five thousand euros because of Verstappen's foul on Tsunoda, who was severely hindered by the two-time world champion.
