Red Bull Racing could clinch its tenth consecutive victory in Brazil. If the team succeeds, it still has a chance of equalling the record that has long stood in McLaren's name.

McLaren in 1988 had perhaps the most dominant season any team has ever had in Formula 1. With Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost in its ranks, the Woking-based team won no fewer than 15 out of 16 races. The arch-rivals won 11 races in a row and achieved 10 1-2 finishes. Only Gerhard Berger managed to break the winning streak on behalf of Ferrari, by - how appropriate - taking the Italian Grand Prix.

Red Bull heading for dominant record?

At next weekend's Brazilian Grand Prix, Red Bull Racing has a chance to score its tenth win in a row. The team has never managed that before, so it would be a milestone for the Austrian constructor. If Max Verstappen or Sergio Perez manages to win, Red Bull still has a chance to match McLaren's record by adding an 11th win in a row in Abu Dhabi.
