While Max Verstappen has once again increased his lead in the driver's championship, his team Red Bull Racing has not. However, the gap to Ferrari is still huge and the Italians have to keep an eye on Mercedes.

Ferrari stands little chance

Verstappen and Sergio Perez finished the Italian Grand Prix on P1 and P6, but because of the P2 and P4 of Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, Ferrari gain a few points over Red Bull. Still, it is not nearly enough to have a chance of winning the Constructors' Championship. Instead, the Italians have to look back as Mercedes are still close to P2.

Ferrari scored slightly more points than Mercedes at Monza, but the team of Lewis Hamilton and George Russell had counted on a lesser performance. In the last six races Ferrari will have to be careful, because on tracks like Singapore the W13 is expected to perform better.

There are no further shifts in the constructors' field. However, it is worth noting that Nyck de Vries has increased Williams' points tally in his racing debut. The team now has six points after the Dutchman's P9.
