Marko enjoys: 'Never seen such a great crowd in 50 years'

Helmut Marko announces that the start of the Dutch Grand Prix will be crucial for the race. At Circuit Zandvoort Max Verstappen will start from P1, but he has the two Ferrarisright behind him.
Red Bull Racing advisor Marko says there may be more competition in 2022 than there was at the Dutch Grand Prix last season. "Mercedes seems to be very strong. In the beginning we will concentrate on the start. . The start is essential. Of course we will try everything to win," Marko said in conversation with Viaplay.
Marko and Domenicali impressed with atmosphere
Marko also says he has never experienced an atmosphere like the one at Zandvoort in fifty years. "It is even more than last year. As I said before, I can't remember in the last fifty years ever seeing such a fantastic crowd. It's incredible."
F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali is also very happy with the atmosphere at Zandvoort. The Italian hopes that the atmosphere in the Netherlands can become the standard for all races on the calendar.
