Max Verstappen will start the first triple header of the season well rested. This weekend, the Belgian Grand Prix is on the programme, and rain is predicted just like last year. Verstappen is gearing up for a challenge.

"I’m feeling ready to race again after a good break. I definitely got the itch to get back to it. It will be a busy triple header but it will be okay to manage as we’ve all had a rest", Verstappen begins in Red Bull Racing's press release.

The organisation of the race at Spa-Francorchamps has made several changes to the circuit. Many new gravel traps have been added to make the racing safer. Pirelli has warned the drivers about the sharp gravel. During the 24 Hours of Spa it caused many punctures.

Verstappen ready for a challenge

"The upgrades to the track have made it a little more old school with the gravel traps which I think is a good idea. It’s my favourite track so I’m looking forward to racing there this weekend. It looks like there might be rain around which will make it more tricky, but luckily as a Team we like a challenge", the Red Bull driver ends.
