Horner sees Verstappen still developing

Max Verstappen looks very relaxed in Formula 1 this season. The reigning world champion seems to have thrown off the greatest pressure and wants to make the next step in his career. Christian Horner also sees a big change in his driver, he told Eurosport.
Red Bull Racing is still very happy with Verstappen's performance. The Dutchman not only had a stable year last season, but is easily continuing that trend in 2022. For Horner, it only further demonstrates the driver's ability to maintain a consistent level.
"I think he's very much a mature package now," Horner judged. "He's got experience behind him but he’s still very, very young. He's hugely talented and is using his experience, using his head and his drive, his determination is undiminished. So he’s just evolving still as a person and as a driver."
Horner continues to look at the facts
However, the Briton refuses to contrast Verstappen's performance with Hamilton's and stresses that his main concern is to give him the best possible car. The Austrian racing team wants to look from season to season to optimise performance.
