Helmut Marko is looking forward to the Austrian Grand Prix. Red Bull Racing will once again look to deal a blow to their rivals in their home country, and the Red Bull adviser hopes the fans will lend a hand.

For Red Bull, the damage after the British Grand Prix was not too bad. Verstappen finished seventh after suffering floor damage and Sergio Perez came from behind to regain P2. The fact that Ferrari blundered with Charles Leclerc's strategy also helped.

Hamilton not on the schnitzel

There is not much time to evaluate, however, as the Austrian GP is already on the calendar. At the Red Bull Ring, the Austrian racing team has been strong in recent years, but Marko himself is looking forward to something different. ''It (Spielberg) lacks the flair of a big city like Singapore a bit, but the drivers love it. They are really hospitable and of course you have the schnitzel. Except for Hamilton, because he is vegan," joked Marko in his column for the Kronen Zeitung.

''The growth of F1 is incredible. We had 400,000 fans at Silverstone and with such a race the popularity will only increase further. The Red Bull Ring will also be packed. I am personally looking forward to this weekend. We just need to make sure that all the attention on Max passes him by a bit, so that he can rest for the race," Marko concluded.
