The Grand Prix of Imola will start in one hour. Max Verstappen will try to take the victory from pole position, but the Dutchman must keep a close eye on the drivers behind him.

On Saturday afternoon, Verstappen and Leclerc battled together in the sprint race for the win, which eventually went to the Red Bull driver. However, it also made it clear that Leclerc is keen to take another victory this weekend. With the Monegasque in second place, Verstappen can therefore get his act together at the start.

Sergio Perez and Carlos Sainz also put in a good performance. The Mexican fought his way into third place, while Sainz is in fourth. Lando Norris, Daniel Ricciardo, Valtteri Bottas, Kevin Magnussen, Fernando Alonso and Mick Schumacher completed the top ten.

Mercedes again disappointed in the sprint race. George Russell and Lewis Hamilton had to start in eleventh and thirteenth place respectively and did not manage to get past the competition on Saturday. Whereas Russell started in eleventh place, Hamilton even grabbed P14.
