Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton sit down together for the press conference in Australia. The Dutchman and the Briton will be paired up again for the first time after their title fight in 2021.

Prior to the Australian Grand Prix, the drivers line up for the press conference on Friday morning (local time). In four groups of five, all the drivers will be there to answer questions about the upcoming race weekend. Verstappen and Hamilton are both in the last group and are joined by Lando Norris, Valtteri Bottas and Yuki Tsunoda.

Return of Vettel

During the press conference, Sebastian Vettel also officially returned. The German missed the first two Grands Prix of 2022 due to a corona infection. The four-time world champion was replaced by Nico Hulkenberg, but Vettel did not miss much. Indeed, Aston Martin is not in good shape this season and has not yet scored any points.

On Saturday morning there is also a press moment for the team bosses. In the first group, it is Frederic Vasseur, Otmar Szafnauer and Toto Wolff who sit down for the press moment, after which they are replaced by Christian Horner, Andreas Seidl and Franz Tost.
