Lewis Hamilton was stranded in Q1 on Saturday night during qualifying for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, something that has not happened to the seven-time world champion since 2017. The Mercedes driver was more than six tenths slower than his teammate George Russell. Hamilton is not at all satisfied with the balance of the W13.
"I just struggled with the balance of the car, not where I want to be. Unfortunately went the wrong way with the set-up. ," Hamilton told Sky Sports of his early exit. What worries him more is the situation of Mick Schumacher after his crash. "I haven't heard the news yet, but I hope he's okay."

Also on Viaplay, the Briton briefly discussed his dramatic qualifying."The car was feeling great in FP3, then made some changes to the car and it was a nightmare to drive." With the car now in parc fermé, Hamilton also looks set for a tough Sunday.
Russell, meanwhile, is in much better shape. The former-Williams driver has a nice rhythm and looked to be fighting for fifth place on the grid during qualifying.
