Wolff's wife reacts in disbelief: 'This gives me a sick feeling'

After a statement from Amanda Newey, the wife of Adrian Newey, there is now also a statement from Susie Wolff, the wife of Toto. She too writes about the past Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and, not entirely surprisingly, has a different view on the matter.
Sick of the Grand Prix
Susie was present at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix last Sunday and saw that her husband's team suffer a heavy defeat. On the final lap of the race, the world title flew past Lewis Hamilton and the team boss' wife is still upset about that.
''What happened is still hard to comprehend and leaves me with a sick feeling. Not the losing - and not Max or Red Bull - they are deserving winners and we always knew it was a strong possibility we may not win - but the way in which Lewis was robbed has left me in utter disbelief,'' Wolff wrote on her Instagram page.
Congratulating Verstappen
''The decision of one person within the governing body who applied a rule in a way which has never been done before in F1 single-handedly decided the F1 Driver World Championship. Rules are rules, they can’t be changed on a whim by one individual at the end of a race.''
In conclusion, Wolff has some words of praise for Hamilton who in her eyes reacted great after so much unfairness. There is also a congratulation for Verstappen for winning his world title. She is already looking to next year and hopes that the FIA learns from this season, which really does indicate that Mercedes will no longer protest the result.
