Red Bull Racing has had another good day at the Yas Marina Circuit. In Abu Dhabi they are currently testing for Pirelli and according to Guillaume Rocquelin everything went according to plan at the Austrian racing team. With that the season is now really over for Red Bull.

The Head of Race Engineering says in Red Bull's press release that he is satisfied. "Today we ran a similar programme to Max yesterday, with Checo going through the various compounds, over mostly long runs," Rocquelin says.

Red Bull problem solved quickly

In the second half of the afternoon Red Bull had a small problem due to leaking fluid, but that turned out to be only 'a small problem' so not much track time was lost. "Overall, we’re happy with the progress made over these two days. We got a lot of scans with the new tyres, we feel well prepared and it was time well spent."

Sergio Perez took his seat in the 2019 RB15 today, testing Pirelli's new 18-inch tyres that will make their appearance in Formula One next year. In the end, the Mexican veteran managed to complete 120 laps.
